This amla achar is made by Jyoti Didi and her Pragati Mahila Bachat Gat from Walhe village. The fresh amla pieces are handpicked and mixed with aromatic spices and pure sunflower oil.
For natural fermentation and developing rich flavour, the pickle is matured in sunlight for 4 days, allowing the spices to blend to perfection.
