Our Rajasthani Green Chilli Pickle is a flavourful blend of heat and aromatic spices made by Rubaida didi from Uruli Kanchan.

This pickle is made using dark green chillies that are sourced from local farmers. The chillies(athana mirchi) are cut into pieces and salted to better absorb the flavour. Mustard oil is heated, and a mix of premium spices, including fennel seeds and coriander powder, is sauteed for a few minutes to enhance the flavour profile. The chillies (athana mirchi) are then added and mixed to ensure absorption of flavour, balancing heat and spice.

This green chilli pickle (hari mirch achar) is stored in clean and dry barnis for 5-7 days for natural maturation, over this time the green chilli pickle develops a bold, dry and spicy flavour, making it a perfect side dish for your food. This traditional mango pickle, similar to dry mango pickle (aam ka sukha achar), is made in a village in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, by Rekha Didi and her Shivai Mahila Bachat Gat.

We use Gavran Kairi, which has the perfect sourness for making homemade mango pickle. The mango pieces are mixed with premium roasted spices and pre-heated cold pressed sunflower oil, then sun-dried in Barnis (ceremic jar), allowing for slow, controlled maturation that enriches the flavors, resulting in an authentichomemade mango pickle taste.

Our Crushed Lemon Pickle (Nimbu ka Achar) which is a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess is made with locally sourced ripe lemons by Jyoti didi from Nandgaon Dhund. This lemon pickle(nimbu ka achar) is a delicious treat for your taste buds.

The lemons are carefully selected to ensure quality, then the lemons are washed and dried. Each lemon is cut into four pieces, the seeds are removed and the lemons are crushed. A flavourful mix of salt, sugar and a premium spice mix is added to the crushed lemons with a hint of hing which is added to enhance its depth and aroma. The lemon pickle is then matured for 5-7 days, allowing the flavours to develop a well rounded taste.
